Package Your Item
Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
